E-Mail Us using our Contact Us Form Mail for The National Dachshund Races!

Did You Know? You can now use the "Contact Us" Form Mail to upload a photo and provide a description so we may post it to the NDR Photo Gallery? We would LOVE to have you send us your photo(s) that you take at the races and send them in. We will be adding two (2) "2008" photo areas to our website Gallery! That is right, two (2)! One will be for photos sent in by our NDR Racers and the other will be from the photographers we have at the races.  We encourage you to send in that GREAT picture you have taken and along with a description, we will add them to the NDR Racers Section along with a caption that you submit so all will know your Dachshunds name and any other information you would like to have displayed. So get out that dusty camera or new fancy digital and send them in! We will have them posted as promptly as possible. It is as simple as hitting the "FILE UPLOAD BUTTON" and select the file from your computer, type in the message area a description and hit the submit button! _{*Please note that these DO not have to be of the races themselves. They can be your Dachshund in costume, other events at the Oktoberfest, or anything you feel would be appropriate. We appreciate your submissions and look forward to posting them!}

We will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer's permission. You will not lose any sleep knowing your information will not leave our office.

Will The National Dachshund Races ever send SPAM to my email address once I provide it?

Absolutely NOT!

Why do you need my E-Mail Address?

First and foremost if you ask for a response, we want to make certain we can reach you. Also in the rare occasion the notification we receive is incomplete or unintelligible, we would simply write an email to you to clarify the information provided. Also by entering your email address, you simply agree to possibly receive a reminder of our upcoming event by email.

If you wish not to receive these messages, you can remove your email address from our private list at anytime by emailing Toni Gossard from The National Dachshund Races personally. It will be removed from this private list promptly!

How is the information we collect used?

We keep a database of our users names and email addresses only as stated above. This reminder E-Mail may not even be sent to everyone as the list may overwhelm our resources.

Will this personal information ever be used for any other purpose?

The only time we would ever use your personal information for any other reason is to aid the proper authorities if a FORMAL request is submitted leaving us no choice but to reveal this information.

Will "The National Dachshund Races" ever sell this information to a third party for advertising or Marketing?

No, Nope, Never, Not a chance. Forget about it! Please note that if your Contact Form E-Mail completes successfully, you will be redirected to a Thank You confirmation page once you press the Submit Button. It verifies the message has gone through to us and your information that you submitted will be shown so you may verify it for accuracy. All genuine requests for information will be promptly followed up on and a response if requested handled as quickly as possible. We appreciate your comments and even if we get overwhelmed, we will get back to you ASAP.
